These seeds were saved from a productive Provider Green Bean plant in Mantis Planting owner Nisha Maxwell's garden located in the California high desert of Joshua Tree. These beans are the typical delicate filet beans that you can snap off and eat fresh, roast, boil, freeze, pickle, etc... They are small and bushy for bean plants and very productive. They do very well in extremely high summer temperatures over 100 degrees.

To plant, simply sow the seeds in well-drained soil in a sunny location after the last frost has passed. Keep the soil consistently moist and provide support for the plants to climb as they grow.
